  • Ensure authorized access to systems, networks, and facilities
  • Maintain proper data backups unless backup services are included in the agreement

5. Confidentiality

Aldan IT Group agrees to keep client information confidential and to use it solely for the purpose of providing services, except where disclosure is required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, configurations, documentation, and solutions developed by Aldan IT Group remain the intellectual property of Aldan IT Group unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Third-Party Products and Services

Aldan IT Group may recommend or integrate third-party hardware, software, or services. We are not responsible for third-party performance, warranties, or availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

Aldan IT Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or business interruption, arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice, subject to any existing agreements. Outstanding balances remain payable upon termination.

10. Force Majeure

Aldan IT Group shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, or internet failures.

11. Changes to Terms

Aldan IT Group reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by applicable local laws based on Aldan IT Group’s operating jurisdiction.
