1. Services
Due to the nature of IT services, fees for services already rendered are non-refundable. Once work has begun or a service has been delivered, refunds will not be issued.
2. Project-Based Services
For project-based services:
- Any payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.
- Refunds for unstarted work may be considered at Aldan IT Group’s discretion.
3. Subscription or Maintenance Plans
If applicable:
- Subscription or maintenance fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
- Cancellations will prevent future charges but do not apply retroactively.
4. Hardware and Software
- Hardware or software purchases may be subject to manufacturer or vendor refund and return policies.
- Aldan IT Group does not guarantee refunds for third-party products.
5. Service Issues
If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue through support, adjustments, or corrections before considering a refund.
6. Chargebacks
Clients are encouraged to contact Aldan IT Group directly before initiating any chargebacks. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension.
